In 2026 we celebrated our 16 years anniversary, we have been around for very long! And our journey has just begun, the products, innovations and business keep expanding.

16 Years of Embracing Opportunities

Throughout this 16 years, we have shown that we are not quitters and believe in what we are doing. There have been many episodes where we have reminded ourselves that when the going gets tough, the tough gets going. It has made us more robust and taught us to take some safety precautions when we take risks. 

But without risk, there is low growth or even perhaps no growth at all and that is not the future we strive for.

Due to our continuous development, we have many team members, who have stayed with us for 5-10 years. They have constantly grown in tasks and responsibility, and several have in this time made a personal development from trainee to management level, or developed their skill set from one to another. 

Task Variation and Responsibility Development

The life of a Friendsurance Product Owner for instance in 2013 and 2026 are two completely different things, same goes for the Engineering Manager who started as Jr. Developer and now manage three teams. Through our company's development, the internal roles have changed massively and keep doing so.
