  • You are part of the Senior Management team which carries the strategic responsibility for Friendsurance.

Wir suchen ab sofort einen engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Customer Relationship Development & User Research
Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Customer Relationship Development & User Research unterstützt du insbesondere unsere datengetriebene Kundenkommunikation, Up- und Crossselling Maßnahmen, sowie die Durchführung von Kundenanalysen. Dabei bekommst du einen umfassenden Überblick über die Geschäftstätigkeit von Friendsurance und stehst in laufendem Kontakt mit einem Großteil unserer Teams. Mittelfristig besteht die Möglichkeit, weitere Verantwortungsbereiche zu übernehmen, insbesondere im Bereich Kampagnenmanagement.
Deine Aufgaben im Detail:
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Analyse der Kommunikationsstruktur unserer Partner-Projekte und bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für andere Teams, wie Product Management oder Marketing
  • Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Erstellung von aktivierenden Kampagnen via Email oder Onsite-Kommunikation
  • Du erstellst und optimierst Marketing Automationen via Email für unsere Partner-Projekte
  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Durchführung und Analyse verschiedenster User Research Projekte, wie Onsite Tests oder NPS-Abfragen
  • Du führst Datenauswertungen und Analysen durch und diskutierst die daraus gewonnenen Schlüsse mit unseren Teams.
  • Langfristig arbeitest du selbstständig an eigenen Projekten
Dein Profil:
  • Du studierst und hast ein gutes Auge für Details und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine analytische Denkweise
  • Basis-Kenntnisse von HTML sind ein Plus
  • Der Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel und Pivot-Tabellen, fällt dir leicht
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und kannst auch auf Englisch kommunizieren
