  • You are part of the Senior Management team which carries the strategic responsibility for Friendsurance.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on capabilities in creating products with a great user experience. You can define, develop and advocate a data product roadmap, have a progressive approach and the ability to introduce and inspire change
  • Deep understanding of the requirements of key data stakeholders and ability to translate it to an actionable plan for data scientists, data engineers or data analysts
  • Commitment to Data Engineering and Business Intelligence best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to sense and develop new business opportunities
  • Track record of excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment. The ability to inform, convince and persuade a range of cross functional stakeholders, also on executive level, in both verbal and written form
  • Highly professional leadership skills and high level of commitment
  • Highly proficient with SQL, Python
