Increased Remote Work Is Increased Productivity
Adapting to the new normal is one of the exercises we did some years ago and kept our teams almost 99% remote, although our office is always open and we manage an Office Day per month with lunch and nice activities. Here are some insights to what we found out at that time and now is proven.

Every Friendsurance team member is different in ways of origin, skills and humour. However, there are some qualities and feature sets that connect us.
Recruiting
The human being is biased by default, we limit this defect by recruiting after defined objective criteria representing wanted skill set, company values and personas.
Visa & Relocation
We helped approximately every 5th team member with relocation and it's a road we know well. From signing until your first day in Berlin, we will hold your hand.
